Thank you to the barista who made my coffee today. I work nearby and order the same drink every day — sometimes it’s a hit or miss, but today it was perfect. A family member of mine passed away this morning, and that extra whipped cream I asked for (and usually never get) genuinely made my day a little better. I really appreciated it. Thank you.

If there was an option for more than 5 stars, they would get it! My daughter placed an order through the app and Doordash dropped the ball. The store manager, Travis, was incredibly polite, apologetic, and when we received the replacement order... well let's just say he made it up to us with some extra goodies.
