I appreciate all the employees here!!!

First off, I have a complicated order (I am so sorry *embarrassed*) but it comes out perfectly every time. They are patient and kind when I am ordering, even when my kids scream/sing from the back seat... They truly make my mornings less chaotic <3

I did leave a big tip, because it was the busy time. It was about 8:45 in the morning. However, the girl in the drive-through was curt and rushed. I was ordering my drink and she interrupted me to ask if it was hot or cold. As I was saying extra hot. I repeated my order as a skinny blonde vanilla latte. I asked for a carrier she gave me a flimsy carrier. I got home and brought my brother his drink along with the pup cup I got for his dog. I sat down to drink my drink. It wasn’t extra hot. Which I had ordered. And it wasn’t a skinny latte. I can’t have that much sugar. So my drink went down the drain. Usually this Starbucks is absolutely excellent! Today was definitely an off day.

The people here OBVIOUSLY hate their job and it’s because of the new CEO! we were very confused when they asked for here or Togo. I said Togo but when the lady took my husbands order he accidentally said here. They put it in glass cups, which was fine but one was a Venti and the other a grande but BOTH were in the same size glass?
After asking for Togo cups, instead of remaking them she poured them into Togo cups, nether the grande Togo cup or venti Togo cup was filled with the drink from the glass cups (so that tells you the new glass cups they want you to drink at the location is a total rip off) she also just added more milk so our drink was mostly milk!!! It was cold brew to begin with so she could have added more coffee but NO!! So the venti drink was absolutely ruined and the grande was just okay!!! But you could tell these people HATED the change and HATED their job. And I don’t mean just one of them seemed pissed they ALL seemed to hate it there!!!!!!!!! I’ll never come back to this location but I also might NEVER come back to Starbucks!! The CEO changed so much it takes away from Starbucks as a whole! I’d rather give my money to a mom and pop coffee shop!

I can only imagine how a main door squealing into my ear while I work would put a damper on my attitude and service. I honestly feel for the staff working at this establishment. Why would they allow the door to give each and every customer and employee a migraine whilst grabbing their coffee or, heaven forbid, trying to enjoy their coffee in this establishment is beyond me.
I truly hope Starbucks puts someone on this issue ASAP.

"Sorry about that, hopefully we get it right next time"

Yesterday I ordered a coffee I don't get too often because its $8.10. I went through the drive though, the girl handed me my drink, we both knew it was made wrong. She asked if something didn't look right and I said yes, its supposed to have extra ice and theres hardly any ice in here its all milk. Her reply was "Sorry about that, hopefully we get it right next time". I can't tell you how irritating that was, normally I would have asked them to remake it but the ignorance and lack in customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced. If you don't enjoy your job making coffee, which is what you are being paid to do... then find something you enjoy.

Stopped by for a grande americano with 2 extra shots of espresso. Confirm it once I got to the window. It was just 2 shot only no extra. Plus they added milk to it. I'm lactose so ? yeah. Now I got stomach issues.
