"Sorry about that, hopefully we get it right next time"

Yesterday I ordered a coffee I don't get too often because its $8.10. I went through the drive though, the girl handed me my drink, we both knew it was made wrong. She asked if something didn't look right and I said yes, its supposed to have extra ice and theres hardly any ice in here its all milk. Her reply was "Sorry about that, hopefully we get it right next time". I can't tell you how irritating that was, normally I would have asked them to remake it but the ignorance and lack in customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced. If you don't enjoy your job making coffee, which is what you are being paid to do... then find something you enjoy.

Stopped by for a grande americano with 2 extra shots of espresso. Confirm it once I got to the window. It was just 2 shot only no extra. Plus they added milk to it. I'm lactose so ? yeah. Now I got stomach issues.

This Starbucks is always soooo slow, come on, hire more people to fix this problem. The other coffee shops in the area do not have this problem. Do not come. Do not come.

Person at window would not accept in-app offer because I "didn't let her know ahead of time" when the offer was already attached to the payment and should have gone through automatically like it does at every other starkbucks I go to. I always have baristas ask if I have any offers to use before taking in payment but this place was just rushing to get us out of the drive-thru (even though there was one car barely coming through as we were waiting for drinks) Don't recommend this location.

The barista did not put the coffee cup properly in the holder and tipped over and spilled to the seat of the truck. Horrible customer service!! ? The kid just showed no remorse.

Every time I order here it tastes so good! They make the drinks very yummy! And I think that the baristas are super helpful and kind I love this Starbucks !

Drive Thru is awesome. They are also pretty fast so not much waiting. I always go there when I'm near this area.Update: I work like five minutes away and it's unhealthy to think how much coffee I drink. Still a great location, ordering though the app is recommended if speed is what your looking for.

Carly, Summer, Chloe, and Emily are my favorite baristas!!! They literally make the best drinks because they listen and have excellent working knowledge about Starbucks products, and they maintain positive attitudes in such a busy, nonstop environment! Agreed with another poster that it doesn’t feel as polite as other Starbucks but I don’t care about that if the drinks are good. Drinks were the most inconsistent of all the Starbucks locations. When I say this, it’s because I order the same things at all the locations. I ordered a chocolate cold brew and was given milk with a dash of coffee… awful waste of $10 for two tall cups. I’ve never been given such light colored cold brews before which is why I say milk with a dash of coffee. It ruined my great morning. When I gave my bf his drink he asked if that was even cold brew. He asked which location was it& after I told him, he said yeah it makes sense. So we’ve been here more than a few times and the 5 others around the area. This location is at the bottom and I’ll just inconvenience myself and stop coming here. I will say they were super fast. I don’t care, quality > service & speed.
