What I expected in a drive through at that time of day. Everyone was helpful. My Gouda egg, bacon sandwich is now two dollars more than last month.. more expensive like everything else. So I will stop doing that now unless I am traveling to visit family.

I never go out for coffee and I decided to treat myself. I ordered a venti Americano w/4 raw sugars and cream. I didn't get none of that. I got a hot brew with no cream, no sugar. The sticker on the cup says what I ordered, but that is not what I got. $4.75 for 1 cup? I expect to receive what I ordered. Very annoying...

Wow the drinks are so expensive now, cheaper to do Cannabis? I really gave up on them when they kept changing their rewards program, insane to do this place everyday, what is in that coffee??

I have only been to this location a few times since living in the area, but I won’t be coming back. The manager of this store should be EMBARRASSED by how poorly run this place is. When I walked in around 7am nobody was up front to take my order. I waited there for a minute or two listening to everyone laughing around the corner. Someone was using vulgar language talking about one night stands or whatever. The whole place was nasty - sticky tables and flies everywhere. The coffee was cold, but wasn’t surprising considering they weren’t keeping up with anything else. Such an abhorrent store! It’s worth driving the extra few minutes to a different location

Love this location for how quick the service is and I usually don't have problems with my order, but they are inconsistent with how the drinks turn out. I let the worker know this morning I was placing a semi large order for my staff (7 drinks and 3 food items).
All of our drinks tasted insanely watered down, the caramel macchiatos had no caramel, and barely any matcha in the matcha teas. Pretty disappointing since I was getting this for my staff as appreciation. And my staff told me that this is how their drinks are every time they order from this location.
