This is the only Starbucks location that has gotten my order right every single time in the three years I’ve been coming here. Fast and friendly service every time. The employees seem to genuinely get along and be in a good mood. You can tell the difference between fake, forced customer service and an environment that truly appreciates its staff.

Shoutout to the management and the whole team for working so hard—you’re all an important part of this store’s success. Customers can make customer service challenging, but it’s clear this team consistently does a great job making customers feel appreciated.

One of the best parts of this specific store is how friendly and welcoming they are to dogs. The outside atmosphere is perfect for sitting down with your furry companions and enjoying a delicious beverage and snack.

Great job, everyone—you all deserve a raise for your hard work (and because Starbucks can afford it). Thanks for keeping us caffinated!!

I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for a long time.
I am a graduate and run my own company. This morning, I visited this store and used the restroom first.
When I returned to place my order, I was approached by two employees, Carissa Morlan and Amber, who told me that if I didn't purchase something, I couldn't use the restroom.
As a longtime customer, I found their behavior completely unprofessional and shameful, especially in front of other customers. I will never return to Starbucks, especially this branch. The customer service was terrible and felt discriminatory. I hope this new policy is not a factor that leads to Starbucks struggling in an increasingly competitive market.

This is my local Starbucks and my husband and I are regular customers. I find the staff to be friendly and attentive. The food is typical Starbucks fare, handy if you're on the go and just need something quick. I will say that the coffee cake is pretty tasty. I appreciate that the acoustics are such that sounds don't echo as in other Starbucks I've visited. My only negative comment, is that the last few times we visited, we left hastily because the music, both genre and volume were unappealing.
