All 5 🌟 go to the starbucks service members! I dont come to often, but when I come the associates are very kind, thoughtful, patients and knowledgeable to be helpful when I am undecided what to get. One day my APP wasn't working and they offered me still to prep. my drinks and pay as soon the APP was available. That was very nice and the stress of me, because I was ordering for my friend too. The food is like regular Starbucks food. Indoor & outdoor seating available. It is nice to see, that there is always one associate checking and cleaning up the outdoor seatings. Parking on streets or in nearby parking garage within short walking distance available. 2 restrooms available.

I stopped in this afternoon to purchase two drinks. For not being busy the service was very slow and my Chi tea was like drinking water. I dont be at Starbucks often die to pricing, but this also reminded me why not to spend the money.

I ordered cappuccino and it was served piping hot above normal hot almost burned , and it was nothing like coffee hardly coffee flavor just light coffee milk , worst I have ever had in any cafe in my life , don’t waste money buy in local cafe coffee , Starbucks is heading to close business if this is how they maintain quality.

Ordered 3 drinks, barista forgot to type it in and I was waiting for the 3rd a looong time and then I had to tell her, and also the barista with a black star pimple patch and short brown curly hair and bangs was SO rude and unwelcoming!! She was so rude from the moment we walked it, She wanted to argue with us how she made the right amount of drinks and I told her no I payed for 3 and she gave me two. And my dad wanted to take a picture of me and my friends with our drinks and then the barista started yelling at us to not take pictures of her but she wasn’t even in the picture?? We were all standing infront of the camera with our drinks and she wasn’t visible at all, and she started yelling and wanted to argue and then she told us we can’t come back to this Starbucks? Worst Starbucks I’ve EVER been to! don’t recommend going here at all.

Worst Starbucks experience in Folsom. Got a trenta ice peach green tea confirmed changes when the lady charged me but obviously the lady making drinks did not know at all. Asked for an ice water got a water with no ice so I gotta ask a cup of ice on the side. The lady made drinks started yelling, it’s crazy, will not recommend this location
