SLOW SLOW SLOW! Even with NO ONE in the store (like no customers!) did a mobile order that said would be ready approx noon. Still had to ask them and finally got it at 12:10.

Love the staff here, they're always making sure to engage in conversation. Wait times aren't too bad given they are pretty high volume considering they are just cafe and not drive through. One of my go to places for sure!

I often go in the morning or order online. Jimmy is the best, he remember all my drinks. That’s make my day. Thanks to Starbucks to have staff like jimmy. All staff and service is great.

So far ordered 100s of coffees in a number of Starbucks and always felt all the baristas to be sweet and friendly . Yesterday was the first time I encountered a very rude barista ( not all of them - one thin short white lady and another bearded white man - the rest were a little alerted by their rudeness and came spoke softly like most Starbucks baristas I encountered so far ) . After waiting on my order for over 15 mins I went to just enquire if my order is made and someone picked up by mistake ( happened to me twice this year in crowded tourist Starbucks places ) or if it is in queue and I need to wait further . The response was “ u have to wait for your order - it will be there on counter unless someone picked it up “ - that was the exact thing I was asking her to check !! The way she told and her body language was so rude that I didn’t bother to ask her - and met with similar rudeness with a barista with beard . Another white young lady did chip in and sweetly answered .P.S - on side note , Starbucks should really think about updating status of mobile orders with ( ordered-preparing -ready to pick ) like most restaurants do .

The person who rang me up looked annoyed when I ordered food and drinks. I told her that I wanted the medicine ball and asked me what that was and I explained and still gave me the wrong order. Line was long when I got here so I'm not sure if it was just the rush hour that caused this confusion but definitely all the other staff gave off the same vibe. Wouldn't come back to this Starbucks and this is coming from someone who always has good experiences at Starbucks not this location though.

It can get pretty crowded/busy depending on the time of day but the staff have usually been friendly. I've never sat down inside because it's a fairly small location and can fill up fast. They have outside seating but the tables always seem to be dirty and have dried (sometimes sticky) drinks in them. I know the staff are busy but I wish they would work on their cleaning.

The young lady that worked at the window today at 2:30 had an amazingly unpleasant attitude, acted like it was a favor to give me a napkin when she handed me a drink that was dripping with syrup and give me a route to Scott when I asked her how much I owed because I planned to pay in cashI don't understand the younger generations, lack of motivation to earn a living
