This is my first time going to this Subway restaurant location in Folsom, California. Passed by here this afternoon, when I walked inside, it was really quiet, I noticed that there were no customers inside. I used the restroom before ordering. I ordered the Footlong Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sub Sandwich, chips, and a drink. The service was pretty good. No major issues to report.

Ordered online and the worker named Pam there wanted to comment about how a simple request like having a tuna put on after the bread was toasted was too much for them online. They have done it many times before. And then wants to mention about other sandwiches having too much veggies, saying to order a salad next time! Would definitely contact management or owners because nowhere in their fine print says such things especially for what subway stands for this worker name Pam is obviously incompetent just doing her job and following brand stand.

I love Subway's fresh sandwiches but my chips were stale. They brought in new boxes of chips as I was leaving ?

I went to the location at 8:04 on a Sunday and the workers were in location door locked and would not service us although the closing hours on the door said 830pm

I forgot that this location cuts so many corners. I just bought stale cookies. It's my fault I know better than to spend my money here.

Avoid at all costs.Attempted to give 1/2 the protein portionDidn't cut the sandwich, stale bread, owners son was working the register, tried to get me to pay before the sandwich was made, place is sus at the top of the list. Jimboys next door if your in that area is WAY better. Just don't give this subway a chance, you WILL be disappointed. Also it was not clean on any surface and the toppings were old AF.
