I revisited my old haunt today. I must say I was quite concerned and disparaged with the quality of the establishment and the lack of positive ambiance that persisted through the grand halls of Subway Sandwiches. No longer were the employees grinning with joy, instead they appeared downtrodden and were almost crying out in pain. I asked the counter attendant who normally wore a tux, but on that day was simply wearing business casual, why the others were so morose. Perchance. He regaled me of an epic battle between the forces of light and dark that had unfortunately ravaged this once great resteráùnt. The Despicable Jared from Subway had broken free from his chains and had waged an all out war on the artísts of sandwíchery. In an ultimate self sacrifice, the leaders of Subway sacrificed themselves in a Sandwichgeddon and bound Jared to the horrific realm of KFCopolis. However, perchance, having used the last of their power, the great Sandwich Lords of Subway perished valiantly. I had come during the mandatory 10 year mourning period during which new Sandwich Lords may be selected by the Subway King. Anyways food was like alright solid 5/10.

Wow! Finally a great sandwich and great customer service. The bread, meat, veggies and cheese all were fresh! Sweet young man made our wich and would definitely patronize this shop again.

Drove all the way down the hill and arrive at 8:30pm. The KIDS running the place decided they want to close early and ignore the customers knocking at the door looking for a reason why they were closed. They couldn't even bother to make eye contact and acted like we were not there. Usually the day crew is good. But I wont be coming back to this place being treated this way. The owner needs to look into who they have running this place.

Every single time I have ordered from this subway, they have messed up my order in both the items included and the quantity of items. Even when specifically asked if an item was included on my sandwich, they preceded to say "yes of course" only to find out when I got home that they were missing more than just that item. On top of this, we arrived at least 10 minutes before closing and while the open sign was still lit, the doors were locked and we were not permitted in. I could even see the worker making his own sandwich whilst keeping his head down, pretending we don't exist. I downloaded this app just to warn y'all about this place. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY. There are plenty nearby that are 100x better!!! The one in Walmart is perfect and always great service.

I had one of my first pleasant experiences with Subway about a week ago. I normally go to the location in EDH near Raleys, but I haven't been very happy with the service lately. Decided to try this one in Folsom on my way home from work, and was very pleased. The employee Dylan was very helpful and had a great customer service. My sandwich and was phenomenal as well. Will definitely be going to this location from now on.

My restaurant experience was terrible. I understand employees who are busy and get a lot of customers, not really their fault, sometimes you have to wait. But, I did an online order for pick up and was shown that it was ready for pickup. However when I got to the restaurant only one employee working, order not ready, 3 people in line, three more came in and walked out. Waited 20 minutes, order not correct, and I had pre-tipped $3.50. Just a I don't want to return to this experience. You try to notify subway online but that's not possible if the employees don't give you a receipt. Great system.
