great boba, great prices, and very nice workers!
I wanted to try the ceylon tea, but I was worried I wouldn't like it, so I asked for a sample. the worker was happy to give me one and the tea was really good too- I will definitely be getting it next time!
I ended up ordering the Hokkaido milk tea, one of my favorite flavors, 50% sweet with boba. flavor was amazing, perfectly creamy, the boba was cooked very well, and nothing was overwhelmingly sweet either.
you can also order on tablets which I appreciate very much!!
the store itself was beautiful but a tad bright, I guess very fitting of the store's name ?
will definitely be coming back :)

Two of the males employees were eating their lunch right where the drinks are made. They would eat, then make a drink. Never saw them wash their hands in between. They can’t eat in the back room? Isn’t that a health code violation? Weird. Other than that that drinks were really good

Worst boba I have ever had, it’s really not that hard. Our drinks were full of tea grounds, the employee argued with me telling me it was fresh peach. The boba was overcooked and and the drinks were hot.

On 6/27 I entered this establishment with my 16 year old daughter. We are African American ( just putting it out there), and I couldn’t help But notice everyone else in the building was Asian. Not sure if that had anything to do with the rudeness but being AA you could never automatically rule this factor out rather than being a rule of thumb to automatically rule it in! Anyways, i digress; we entered the establishment, noticed the ‘please order at the kiosk ‘ sign and proceeded to do so, but being new to the Boba world had a couple questions regarding the drinks . So I went back to the counter. One of the two employees working asked if we called an order in . I responded that we had not we just had a couple questions about the drinks before we made the order . He responded oh we are just really busy . And kept working . I was already a bit put off by his choice of words but remained still and quiet and managed to smile as I patiently waited. He then looked at me again and said he will try to answer me if he can while he worked . I was so insulted with his complete lack of customer service that I didn’t skip a beat with my response which was oh well if you’re too busy we will just leave. And I turned to my daughter and said come on. My daughter who is normally very embarrassed for any Conflict and avoids it at all costs actually Agreed with me and didn’t give me a hard time about embarrassing her. She said we were customers too . Which made me even More offended because apparently my child felt slighted too which I never take well. I had to write this review because it was just plain rude and against any business owners ethics and thought they should know. I’m not sure which employee spoke to me but I called back to get the names and I was told Rice and Caton was working that night .

an original combination of classic matcha tea and berry jam. the barista will always ask how sweet to make the drink (I always choose medium sweetness for this drink in order to feel the entire palette of tastes). very cute lion logo on the lid of the drink and the same toys in the cafe itself

Love the green tea jelly, cheese foam, and honey boba. I go several times a month, sometimes twice a week. All the employees are nice, especially Jenny who goes the additional mile to assist customers. My favorite is the mango jasmine fruit tea with honey boba.

Really good matcha boba tea here. Came with a group on a Saturday night and all drinks were perfect. I think the low reviews can be attributed to user error as you should know what time a place closes and check your drinks before leaving if you really feel that you weren't at fault.

I’m really disappointed. I normally go to teaspoon but wanted to try out a new place. I ordered 2 frostys and 2 kids drinks. I got home and one of the kids drinks wasn’t sealed properly and half of it spilled out in the bag and it was leaking through the bottom. I called and the gentleman working just said sorry and they would make sure it was cleaned and sealing for the next customer. I’m not sure why a refund wasn’t mentioned. I guess I should have asked for one. I couldn’t go back because I wouldn’t make it before they closed. Won’t be back.
