“My husband and I recently started coming in here regularly. We first interacted with Drew who was INCREDIBLY helpful and kind, as I was just starting to learn about wine. My husband doesn’t drink, but Drew went above and beyond in making him feel comfortable and included the whole time. Since then, we have interacted with Drew and all the other workers a bunch and have had good experiences every time! Love the wines on their list and their food is shockingly phenomenal for a wine bar. My favorites are the lemon cake and the chips and salsa (come with the tacos on Tuesday)! Will definitely continue to visit!“

“Back Bistro treats us so well every time. The service is always great. I took my parents out who were visiting from out of state. Our server, Drew provided excellent recommendations on both drinks and food that were a hit! It was really nice that he remembered me from a previous visit over a month ago. That level of attention to detail goes a long way in the food service world.

“A wonderful gem of a restaurant in Fair Oaks Village. We were a group of 5 this evening, and 4 of us had the Cioppino special and 1 had Eggplant Parmesan, all were so flavorful. Franco, the owner, came by our table to check on us. You can tell that he's really involved with all aspects of his restaurant and cares. We will definitely be returning!“
