This is my first time ever writing a review for a Teaspoon franchise. I feel sad having to leave this review because I am a regular customer in the Bay Area, but this was my first visit to the Folsom location.
Coming to the reason for the 1-star rating: the staff did not take the time to read or follow the customer’s order properly. I ordered a Silky Mango with oat milk and less ice, but I was given one made with regular milk. When I noticed this, I asked them to confirm whether it was oat milk. They corrected it, but while adding ice, I reminded them that it should be less ice. Despite this, they continued adding more ice.
I am attaching pictures for reference.
I plan to revisit this location in the next few days to see whether this was a one-time mistake or a habitual issue. The attached pictures clearly show the amount of ice added despite my request for less ice.

Kyia makes THE best drinks, hands down. I overheard the customer ask for Kyia to make their drink and so, nosily, I did too haha. Best. Boba. I. Have. Ever. Had. Someone with that level of talent is a hidden gem in Folsom for sure.

Too good to go? Nah, what a scam. I know we don't get to select our drinks, but we weren't even told what drinks we were given or allowed to adjust sweetness or ice. It was some of the worst milk tea I've had.

Kyia Had made the strawberry colada smoothie and it was amazing! And Kyia is a fantastic worker! Great customer skills, as someone who has social anxiety I felt very welcomed and comfortable being there!
