Great place classic diner with authentic decor and we all had a great meal. The Chorizo Skillet was awesome! Huge serving and I ate every last bite and walked away still feeling good which in my book is a testament to quality food... Kids had great food off the kids menu and kids sized milkshakes. Would definitely recommend it as a family friendly diner.

I've eaten at every breakfast restaurant in Folsom and I find Mel's to be the best overall place for breakfast. Great menu, reasonable prices, opens early, superb service. The only minor issue is paying. I don't want to stand in line to pay, but I do because everything else is great.
