I ordered for a 7 pm pick up order was not started till I got there. The wrap was flavorful but the pastrami was not cooked well made me sick. I will be back for ice cream not sandwiches

He somehow messed up my sandwich even worse by trying to fix it. My husband and I went in as we were slightly rushing to get to a prior engagement. He asked no questions, took way too long to make my husbands sandwich, and never even addressed me. When he finally finished he asked if my husband wanted anything else, I ordered my sandwich. Again, took way too long. He again asked my husband if he wanted anything else so he said what condiments he wanted on his. Again asked if there was anything else so I said what I wanted on mine. That's when the employee realized he'd made the sandwiches wrong, he'd put nothing on my husbands, wrapped it up, and had put my husbands order on mine. I told him to just leave it because I wanted to leave but he insisted on fixing it. He put it on new bread but did not get all of the mustard off, put ranch and did not put on any of the produce I'd asked for. The sandwich was inedible, I'd have preferred to eat it as it was originally(like I'd said to begin with). Unfortunately we'd already paid and they were closed so we couldn't even get it fixed.

I still prefer the old menu but overall a darn good sandwich. But please at least bring back oil and vinegar.

The employee kept rolling her eyes at me and my friend anytime we made simple requests such as "no onions or add avocado" for example. We were very friendly with her and didn't understand why she felt the need to make us feel bad about our orders.
Also, our orders ended up being wrong.

Major issue with togos/baskin robins there is no AC. Should be considered a health hazard.

Togo's is always a good choice for a sandwich. I think it does depend on how busy they are and who makes the sandwich weather it is a good or great experience.

Cannot believe how unprofessional the staff is at this location. Young man working, who is serving food with his pants completely off his waist, showing more than anybody would like to see. I threw my meal away and will never ever go into this establishment again who do you think you are?Note to owners: you should pay attention to your business because I’m sure there are many people this would not bother, but there is 51% of us that this absolutely annoys
