Umami Ramen is one of my favorite spots in Folsom for a warm, comforting bowl of ramen. The broth is rich and flavorful — especially the black garlic tonkotsu — and the portions are super generous. The noodles have a great texture, and the chashu is usually tender and well-seasoned.

If you’re craving a satisfying, delicious bowl of ramen, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Umami Ramen in Folsom never disappoints! The flavors are rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. Their broth tastes like it’s been simmered for hours, and every bowl feels warm and satisfying. The noodles are always cooked just right, and the toppings are fresh and generous.

If you haven’t tried their ramen yet, you’re missing out. This spot is truly a gem in Folsom! Highly recommended!

This place is legit. Been coming here for last couple of years and have never had a bad meal. The katsu chicken with curry is my usual go to but during winter season any of the ramen are super good.
