The bowls here are massive(one bowl can shared with two people easy) . Fresh ingredients and the vegan Mayo is delicious.
I got a bowl with rice,sweet potato and the veggie pattie with kale and black beans.
Definitely recommend this spot if you are by Folsom lake or lake natoma, or just passing thru the area looking for good food at a good price.
So glad I stumbled upon this amazing spot on my way to 24 Hour Fitness! Just what I needed — great healthy options and such a refreshing surprise! I got the açaí bowl with ube sorbet topped with almond butter, granola, strawberry, banana & goji berries, bestest ever! Staff are so friendly and professional too! Love the aesthetic and vibe, overall. Highly recommend!
I got the hazelnut(Nutella), strawberry and banana toast. This was very good and layered with lots of fruit. My mom got the dragon fruit smoothie bowl, which she complained was much too sweet and not the best. The food was good, but it all could have been made at home and the smoothie was not the best.
