Gigantic Walmart
5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good customer service!
Employee in return service was very rude. She was playing with her cell phone while she was dealing with me and ignored me saying " I don't understand what you are saying " with very rude and loud voice. If you don't know what I am saying just " listen"
Reasonable prices
Why is it that so much of the staff is rude & lacks professionalism here? I needed an employee to unlock a makeup product for me, and after I had grabbed it from the case, she literally RIPPED it out of my grasp and walked off with it, no explanation. Later she returned with it in a clear box, and I came to the understanding that it was some sort of protocol. However, not everyone is familiar with this stuff (myself included) so you can imagine how confused I was when she grabbed it without a word. Out of basic decency, she could’ve just ASKED for it and properly informed me on she was doing?? Overall such an icky/rude experience, and I regret not reporting her.
Just the other day I was buying items at the self checkout when a cashier was awkwardly hovering around me during the transaction. Once i finished the kiosk screen asked for me to leave an optional review about my experience. Before I could do anything the cashier then walked to my kiosk mumbling something about clicking 5 stars. She then selected 5 stars and submitted the review.
This employee submitted a false review in my transaction. I just found the experience very odd and extremely unprofessional.
(For the record, I was going to leave 3 starts due to the store having a bit too many items disorganized).
Cleaner than most. Folsom California is a gorgeous place.
Has just about everything you need, but very busy on a Saturday tuff to find a parking spot
Love the customer service

Did curbside. They came out swiftly.
I had an appointment for an oil change at the Walmart auto care center in Folsom (1018 Riley street) on August 5. After I gave the car keys to the center employee, the keys were lost and they were searched for almost an hour. As a result, I did not receive the service for which I came, spent eight and none of the employees of the center even said that he regretted what happened. All employees do not wear a badge and behave quite rudely and detachedly. It looks like they think they're not responsible for what's going on there.
Better than the one on Folsom.
Trying to find a cart for handicapped was impossible.i had to buy things for a baby shower and after ,20 min of walking around I left in pain.too bad it was a 45 guests extremely fun shower for which target supplied too bad Walmart....
The best Walmart for cleanliness and the availability of items unlocked making shopping easier.
