No customer service! Waited in the drive thru for 40 min once I finally got to the speaker the employee told me thanks for waiting and to hold on.... my lunch is only 30 mins long so what I expected to be a quick bite turned into me being stuck in a drive thru that should have been closed for technical problems and instead they are waisting their customers valuable time. Now I'm not only going back late to work but I'm pissed and really hungry going back to work. Thank you Wendy's for showing me that you don't give a damn about the people buying your food. When I left there was a line of about 10 cars outside waiting in that line...shame on you Wendy's

The girl working the drive thru was so rude i honestly just drove away and left and went somewhere else. the prices went up and its not worth going to wendys anymore. however, the location on greenback is super wonderful. they should just close this one, their employees arent happy

Horrible customer service. Drive thru attendant said, I do not know how to use the app & scanned my coupon but didn't give me any discount off the food. Also took over 30 minutes just to get to the drive thru window. The lobby was closed again as well. Seems like this Wendy's is in it's last leg before closing or restructuring.

I went to to get Wendy’s late at night. The guy taking my order was very unpleasant. When I went to pay I asked if I could pay extra for a couple of ranch sauce. He seemed annoyed and unpleasant because he had already charged my card. It seemed like it was “extra” work for him to take my card back and charge me 54 cents for the couple of ranch sauce. I tried to be nice asking about it, but you can clearly tell he was annoyed and irritated when he charged me for the extra ranch sauce. Oh well. The food was great though!

No body is working the front counter. They can’t take orders. It takes 30 minutes or more to get orders. They speak Indian and have no clue.

Cheap and decent food, with a super easy to use app. Baconator is a little overpriced compared to the rest of the menu imo, but the frostee coffee tasted just like a frostee.

There was a bit of a wait because they were missing some employees but they handled it really well. I had the chicken Caesar salad it's very good the chicken is actually edible and tasty unlike most fast food.

We stopped by for a quick lunch, and we were really disappointed with the hamburgers...they had no flavor. We had never had that experience before. Hopefully, it was just a one-off situation and not the way they taste all the time. The fries were hot, and the frosties were tasty!!
