Best Philly's in the Sacramento area. My favorite is the one with Pizza sauce, pepperoni and mushrooms. Yummy The! The Bill's chips are a must order too. I dinged them one star only because they got rid of combo pricing which means getting a Philly, chips and drink is quite a bit more now. Otherwise, they're great!
I just moved here (1 week), and while my wife was getting Thai food, i thought I'd try this place. The staff recommended the "Walter", which included double meet, double cheese. And for a side, i went with seasoned twisty fries. I was leery about the double meat/cheese, because i thought it might be too much, but went for it. First, the sandwich - it was good.
