Do NOT trust their website nor their accountability!!I placed an order on their website and got a confirmation email to come in at a certain time. Very typical stuff for online orders. However, it must be automated because when I arrive, the doors were locked and looking in, there was zero staff! The hours on the door said they'd be open! Yelp said they'd be open! It's a typical lunch break day and 4 other people who showed up to eat in were as confused as me!Now I have to spend my lunch break disputing the charge. Urgh! I was really excited to try their food but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth when the staff doesn't even bother to show up at 1pm on a Tuesday!Pass on this place and find somewhere else that has the decency to show up. Seriously: bare minimum.

Great personalized service! They recommended different flavors, allowed me to taste a few. This place goes the extra mile to create a happy customer.

I was driving by this place and thought I would stop by. Anyone who knows me knows I love chicken. I got their spicy chicken sandwich with hot sauce and coleslaw. It was delicious . The chicken was fresh, and the coleslaw was crisp. 10 out of 10 on the sandwich. But it also came with fries. The fries had a seasoning on it, which I have never tried. It was amazing. The seasoning was salty but sweet and a little smokey. So good. Also, their ranch was homemade, which is always a much appreciated bonus.

I've been on my halal wing kick, grateful for a place like Wing Mahal opening up to supply that with the familiar Desi taste I've been accustomed to enjoying my entire life. Upon entering the restaurant with father, I right away noticed the clean and nicely decorated interior . The brothers working in the kitchen all greeted us with smiles which was welcoming . We took a few moments to study the menu and ask some questions about flavors, ima spice lover so the hotter the better, tho flavor is always appreciated . We decided on the butter chicken loaded fries, 12 piece wings with chicken tikka masala (wet) and Mumbai spice (dry rub) . The wings came out perfectly crispy with the chicken tikka masala having a great flavor profile with the sauce , and the Mumbai spice being tangy. Both levels of heat were good, I could've definitely went hotter tho. The loaded butter chicken fries were fire . Fries were perfectly crispy , the butter chicken meat and sauce was flavored perfectly , they came with a cilantro drizzle which provided an acidity to the dish to cut some of the richness of the butter chicken. I had ranch on the side as well to add extra depth which went nice with the wings as well. After my meal , the manager was nice enough to bring me a fresh chai latte. Perfectly sweet and balanced flavor to end my meal.I'll definitely be coming back to get my wing fix from Wing Mahal. They have an extensive menu and I'm intrigued to try the rest of it. They are considerate and take recommendations as well, so don't be afraid to slide through and check them out.

Our first time at Wing Mahal, and loved it! We tried the Butter Chicken Pizza, samosas, and Mango Habanero wings (which were spicy, but not too overpowering). Very kid friendly! Interior design is lovely. A great family place for lunch and munchies :) Will definitely stop by again soon!!

For those with food allergies, please beware. My son was rushed to the ER after eating their loaded fries - butter chicken. The menu/website does not say that this item contained nuts and my son had a severe allergic reaction. Wing Mahal, pls do a better job of listing all ingredients and/or please be sure there is no cross contamination when prepping your dishes. Unacceptable.

Never again ! Let me just start by saying I knew this place was new but they should have things ready before opening to the public. I have never been to a wing place with nasty wings until today. The sweet and spicy sauce was disgusting and the garlic Parmesan taste like chicken grease These wings were so bland and very over priced I payed almost $12 for flavorless wings and they were dry as well. BIG thumbs down

We did have an issue with the food truck at the taco and margarita festival yesterday. However, after speaking to the owner, the situation was rectified and I've edited my review to reflect that. The owners care very much when it comes to customer service and serving good food. Give this place a try!

Was advertised boneless wings, got 10 Tyson chicken nuggets in hot sauce for 14 dollars.

I like this a lot more than other places in Folsom like Smash Burger. I've had the tiki masala boneless chicken and the butter chicken. I ordered them both over fries and I feel like it was a great value. It was enough food for two people. The fries were cooked almost to perfection. The butter chicken was much spicier than I expected and would have preferred but it still had great flavor. Since I'm white I just need a bunch of water to wash them down and some kind of dairy based sauce might have been nice to take the edge off. No points taken off for spiciness though, just warning you.

Came here on a Sunday and it was completely empty. My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a while but never got around it. I had ordered the 6 pieces BONE IN wings w mango habanero flavor, and my husband ordered the Punjabi cowboy sandwich. When we got our food we got our drinks and they didn't even have ice ... We took our food to go and once we opened our food we had realized I was given BONELESS wings... I was so bummed out. We were also given exactly two napkins. The wings were terrible and tasted like frozen nuggets you buy at the store. The mango habanero sauce was pretty much nonexistent. My husbands sandwich was decent although it was 70% bread and jalapeños, the seasoning on the chicken was good. I will not be coming back to this place.

Came here with normal expectations. We like Indian food and wings. The gentlemen behind the counter asked to take our order, we placed our order: 2 sandwiches, loaded fries, 6 wings, and a chai. Once we "thought" we were done ordering. He asked to take our order again. That's when we realized he was wearing airpods and had been listening to music, instead of taking our order. So we calmly ordered again, however he was still listening to music, because it was very difficult giving him our order, with accuracy. We had to repeat items several times. Once we paid, we thought we were done ordering. 20 minutes later he asked us if we ordered regular fries or loaded fries. We told him we had one order of loaded fries. He told us he only charged us for regular fries and we need to pay more for loaded fries. So I paid the additional $8 for the loaded fries. Another 20 minutes went by and we eventually got our food. It smelled delicious, however the wings were overcooked to almost a jerky type texture (very dry). The sandwhiches were substandard but Chai and regular fries were fine. Not worth $70 on Mothers day. Had to repeat my order at least 3 times to this dead-in-the-eyes cashier, while he had his airpods in, and then he came back to charge us more because he didnt to it right the first time! Took almost 40 mins for our food - it was empty inside, no one ordered before us. Came home to eat and the butter chicken was tasteless and way too much sauce on both sandwiches. Loaded fries were not worth the exorbitant price and neither were the sandwiches. We were so happy to leave there, even though we didn't leave with what we paid for, after checking before we left. Never again. For the cashier/trainers: its completely OKAY to interrupt us to ask for more time to get the order right the first time. You start being annoying when we have to repeat multiple times and STILL don't get it right before we pay, on top of having your airpods in, giving the impression that you're busy not paying attention. TLDR: Dont waste your money or time on an expensive, substandard meal/mistake.

We came here specifically for their burgers, as I had tried them once from the food truck and was waiting for the restaurant to start making them. Unfortunately, only one person was working; he took our order, made our food, and cleaned up. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked; he did an excellent job on everything. I recommend trying the Folsom blue burger as it is a bit spicy but evens out with the slaw and blue cheese. The burgers come with a generous side of fries that are very nice and crunchy. The wings are excellent. I got nonspicy, and it was very delicious.

I got a chance to taste to of the sauces, one spicy one mild, on the boneless wing pieces. This makes me want to never have an American style Buffalo wing again. They were so delicious and the flavors were great.

Pretty good boneless wings. Interesting Indian flavors that sets it apart from other wings place. Soda machine needs to be more carbonated though.
