Absolutely disgusting. The hickory BBQ wings and hot wings were incredibly salty. The fried cajun corn and fries were covered in salt and Tony's. you couldn't tell you were eating anything other than a saltlick. the corn in the picture showed full nibblers, but we got one nibbler cut into 5 pieces.
$45 for my family to eat leftover pizza and tater tots.

Probably the worst food/takeaway I had in my life. We ordered and collected £50.25 order. Food was cold, fries were cold. Items not labelled. We also had a allegen requests but nothing was labelled.
Worse of all they did it include my desert! So out of pocket for £6.75.
Won’t be returning and want my money back!
Message to all! Go and support an independent, they will take care of your food and ensure you get everything you paid for!

Every time I go here, I get charged for sauce on the side. The biggest rip off. No other wing place charges for sauce on the side. Need to fix that at the location I go to.

Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

I’ve always been a huge fan of Wingstop, especially their lemon pepper wings, which I order often. However, my latest experience was extremely disappointing. Last night, I placed my usual order, but when it arrived, everything was over-seasoned to the point of being inedible. The fries were so salty that I couldn't eat them, and the wings were just as bad.
I tried to enjoy my meal, but after just two wings, I had to throw out my entire $50 order. It was absolutely disgusting—everything was too salty, too peppery, and way too seasoned. I was really looking forward to this cheat meal, but it was impossible to enjoy.
It was a late-night order, so maybe the cook wasn’t paying attention, but whoever prepared my food did a terrible job. I ended up wasting my money and throwing out all of it. I hope this is just a one-time issue, but it was a major letdown.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

two of the three times I have come in the order has been wrong. the food is about a two out of 10 Stars. the time they take to fulfill the orders is almost like a sit-down restaurant time. I give them a total of two stars out of 10

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Holland Michigan wingstop messed my order up and when i called to trying get the rest of my order the guy was mad and was getting loud so i told him I was going come down there i wanted to talk to a manger. then he told me he was gonna call the cops on me if I showed up. when I arrived the guy was talking about me to other employees and customers cussing. then he started yelling and cussing at me infront of everyone they had to physically pull the guy to the back. I should of recorded it but I just wanted my food to feed my family. I will never go back there. I love the food but the disrespect and the humiliation I felt can i never go back there.
