Horrible service, placed an order for 10 wings and had to wait nearly an hour. Was falsely told it was ready when I called in and was approached by a rude employee by the name of Laila. Requested a refund because I was done waiting and had kids waiting in the car but of course Laila informed me that was not possible and that I would have to request a refund on there website.

I always call and have the manager fix my orders due to my orders constantly not being what I ordered and paid for . This is 6X and I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS WING STOP EVER AGAIN !!! $50 for some nasty boneless wings and cold stale fries . NEVER AGAIN . I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE .

Do not order from this restaurant. They will quote you an hour and take over 2 hours. Its just not worth it. In reading other reviews they try to offer excuses but it doesn't take more than an hour to make 20 wings. In a service world with plenty of options, do not choose this one. You will leave feeling like you need hours of your life back.
I visited the Wingstop in Folsom and yes I had to wait 15 minutes but the everything was fresh!! And I’ll take that over the alternative every time! Best tasting Wingstop I’ve been to yet!?great job! Quality over quantity!

I see a lot of negative reviews about how long they had to wait for them to actually fry fresh chicken. And I’m thinking it’s because of the demographic around Folsom that you guys might not know how long it takes to actually fry chicken but it’s gonna take you a good 15 minutes to get your meal. The chicken is not already fried so I don’t see what the negative reviews about if the chicken taste good why are you complaining about the chicken is not a really a fast food if it is, it’s already prepared Wingstop is not KFC and it’s not Popeyes so I think you guys should either go there if you want your chicken done a little faster because these people were very pleasant and the food came out in a timely manner. I know this because I know how to fried chicken, maybe you should learn how to and then you would know how long it takes to fry it.
