I'm sorry but for a coffee shop they move like molasses. First time I came here, I was standing waiting to be acknowledged & this girl was hiding awkwardly behind a display case. She didn't say hello or that she could help me at that specific register. I had to be the one to initiate everything. I come in occasionally and I appreciate how great the espresso tastes. I have been coming to this location since it opened and there has been a lot of turn over, good and bad. They unfortunately always have something out of stock when they go to take my order. The amount of new workers that don’t have the proper training can be slightly frustrating for customers as well as veterened workers. I’ve noticed a shift in the workers energy, in a negative way. Have heard a lot about this cafe and finally could make my way there. It’s one big space , so add up music and people = quite noisy inside. Honestly I expected to find more pastries here. I got just a brownie and a latte which costed me $10. It’s really cool inside and the design is really nice.
