I swore I wasn't going to come here again due to the food and service. I decided to give it another try after almost 2 years since my kids wanted Applebee's. Once again, it was a disappointment. My adult drinks took 35+ mins to get to my table. Appetizers were hot on the outside but cold on the inside ( we had the same problem last visit ) I did not complain just because there was no need to, we didn't want any apologies or food on the house for the troubles. I pay for my food I don't want free food. Service was pretty good aside from when asked about the drinks, she said they were backed up at the bar, which I didn't believe because we were sitting in the bar area. I think she just forgot to put the drinks on order at the bar. Safe to say there will not be a 3rd chance.

Although I typically like and have enjoyed Applebee's in the past I was absolutely disappointed this last time.
I ordered chicken parmesan and Alfredo spaghetti.
My disappointment started with the blue cheese dressing which was bottled not homemade it tasted HORRIBLE!!!!
IN THE PAST When I've ordered and eaten chicken parmesan Applebee's version had a awful tasting tomato sauce on top and I can't even describe the rest except I tried to like it....... I a three bites.... As I said I tried to like it but I could not get past the third bite.
The Alfredo should be served with plenty of sauce to incorporate and taste in every bite and it was not up to par.
I ended up having French onion soup and that is my favorite....... It was such a disappointment everybody at the table could see I was not happy.
Change the recipe of the chicken parmesan remove the tomato sauce on top of it replace it with cheese.
When you serve up French onion soup and give it to me in a few minutes it was not freshly made.
Applebee's grill & bar you let me down today.

Had poor service, I had lunch with my granddaughter we where seated in less than 5 minutes we ordered our food and the waitress was ignoring us, I had to remind her 3 times that they forgot to bring me my coleslaw and my granddaughter her sauce for her chicken, we couldn't finish eating and we asked her to bring us boxes to pack our leftovers we asked her numerous times and finally we asked somebody else.
First things first don't get the chicken sandwiches or anything with chicken, second y'all screwed me out of fries, third check on your tables and last shit gotten worse than last year, but for the price it's not that bad.
Love the happy hour, really enjoy y'all's appetizers, and really good liquor, can't go wrong with the ribs.

The premium margarita, crispy wonton chicken tacos, that Maple Pecan Blondie dessert toppled with world class customer service from Christy and her manager on duty made for a delightful dinner dining experience. Keep up the good team work guys.

I went to have won-ton taco's and sat at the bar. Then I ordered a Mai Tai!! After that I invited my Mom to meet me there . We had a great time!! We ordered more drinks and some kind of yummy fries. Our bartenders were so cool. Love this place.

We were feelin’ fancy like Applebee’s on a date night… but the vibes didn’t quite match the song.
We came in hungry and hopeful. Placed our order quickly to save time—optimistically naïve. When the appetizer arrived, we had no plates, utensils, or napkins. Not a big deal, right? Except our waiter, Epi, was nowhere in sight. Turns out he was deep in conversation… just not with us.
Eventually, we asked someone else for help. Plates showed up. Still no utensils. Food arrives—still no utensils. We ask Epi—he looks mildly inconvenienced and borderline annoyed. We needed three sets, he brought two. Asked again. Same vibe. Are you catching what I'm throwing?
Napkins? Two for a table of five. Refills? Only if we got up and served ourselves, which honestly felt kind of tempting at that point.
The food? No complaints—it was actually great.
But the service? Somewhere between “meh” and “are you freaking kidding me?”
Honestly, Epi seemed kind enough. He had a smile. Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe it was something else. All I know is that friendly doesn't ever outweigh negligence.

I had an incredible experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, who truly went above and beyond! From the moment we were seated, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. They were friendly, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the menu — offering great recommendations that turned out to be delicious.
Our drinks were never empty, our food came out hot and fresh, and they checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It’s rare to find service this good these days!
If you’re dining at this location, I highly recommend asking for Jasmine they made our night that much better. I’ll definitely be back soon!
