Came today August 31 at 2:30 and workers where rude I asked for aguas and he had an attitude the whole time while servicing he gave the wrong lid and got mad when I asked for the correct one. I also ordered tostiesquite and didn’t even get to ask for hot Cheetos when he opened a different bag and got mad that I asked for hot Cheetos. Overall bad service and won’t be coming back again .

The service was very poor, was very rushed, and the guy was very impolite. The open sign was on and I walked in and the tables and chairs were put away. Why bother keeping it open if they're going to rush their customers out? The food was very poor as well. I asked for a bionico, and the guy gave me very little cream. A one scoop of ice cream costs $4 in a cup. I asked for a lid because it was to go and he responded very rudely that he didn't. My icecreams on a cone were a mess. I will not be coming back.

This is the worst Michoacána I have ever been to. Snow has no taste. And it has bad service. The name of the boy who helped me is called Jose. I explained that the snow didn't taste good and didn't taste like the flavor I asked for. And he didn't want to give me my money back. He told me he didn't care about a bad review. Don't go to this place, the Michoacana that is in the arrow and the juniper tastes much better. And it has very good customer service.This is the worst Michoacána I've ever been to. The ice cream has no flavor. And they have bad service. The name of the employee who helped me was Jose. I explained to him that the ice cream didn't taste good and it didn't taste the flavor I asked for. I asked for a refund and he refused to give me my money back. He told me that he didn't care about a bad review. Don't go to this place, the Michoacana that is on arrow and the juniper tastes much better. And it has very good customer service.

Hours posted said till 10pm.. watched her closed the door at 7:41pm. What are the hours. Because 2nd time I come and they're closed constantly early. Update your hours.
