This is the worst place I've ever been to their service is so bad my dad took me after school I said hi can I get some of Tosticos guy said yes. Do you want the Valentina I said yes, I said, can you add a little more he said yeah just wait. I ask him if he could put a little more lime. He said OK, and after he brought the food to the counter, my dad asked for a fork because ours dropped and he started having an attitude so I don't recommend this place is place so dumb

This michoacana was well when I went with my mom I got fresas con crema but taste weird I here a lot of bad reviews over all I tasted better instead I go to one in San Bernardino never disappoints They have to work on the service a little more but like this place it's okay.

Hours posted said till 10pm.. watched her closed the door at 7:41pm. What are the hours. Because 2nd time I come and they're closed constantly early. Update your hours.

Sunday may 7, around 8pm we came to get some fresas como crema the cream was bitter and we went back to let them know all the girl said was no we can't do nothing about it . Very bad service wouldn't recommend!

Denise was very rude, she gave me a banana split in a very small tray and overfilled it to the point it wasn't even eatable. After I went in to ask for something else or a refund she told me she didn't feel like paying me back. Meanwhile the other ladies there were very helpful. Denise is a very stuck up a** b**** who shouldn't work customer service if she doesn't have the patience.

I went there last week and asked to sample some ice-cream. First their sample was probably the size of 1/4 a dime size and then they said you can only have 3 samples. With so many flavors, you would think they would give you more samples. Anyhow, I just didn't think it was fair when their small servings are bit pricey. I will be going to other ice cream places that let you try as many flavors as you like. I usually buy pints of ice-cream to keep in my freezer but I will not go back.

Ordered a large drink here it tasted Spoiled tried to exchange it and they said they couldn't nor could they refund me my money back Due to their Manager, I come here at least 5 times a month the costumer service was rude today on top of it all, definitely won't be coming back Sadly .
Very good services, very helpful, answer all my questions, I go back anytime reasonable prices....

Me encanta! Love this Michoacán. Paletas paletas!!! Everything is delish. I highly suggest water based coco, mango y chili, and vainilla. Everything is reasonably priced. All of the ladies that work there are super sweet. Mos def will be back!
