Was at Victoria gardens this past weekend, as I was leaving I noticed tucked away by the Lewis playhouse entrance (west of Sephora) this adorable place. I asked if they could make a raspberry chocolate iced coffee (my favorite) they said yes!!! It was so rich and creamy! Could really taste the flavors. I spoke to the owner while there to say what a cute place, only problem I never even knew this gem was here till now and it's been in this location for months. She had mentioned she thought by now she could of had a more visible location, but the mall hasn't let her move. Come on Brookfield what's the deal?!?! I hope the mall moves you to a better more visible location. Try if you can, to get into Ontario Mills. The young girl (owners daughter) who waited on me was so polite and sweet like her Mom. Thank you for a great tasting coffee, I will be back for more!!

I wanted to really like this spot because it was so cute. I love coffee, was a barista/roaster for years, & have traveled to some of the best coffee spots in the world. That being said, I was disappointed here. I ordered a traditional 'dirty chai', which is THEIR menu Chai Latte, with an added shot of espresso... and it tasted watery. Overall, I would say it tasted more like an Americano. I didn't taste any chai at all. It is possible it all fell to the bottom of the cup or just isn't a great mix. It also was made fresh, but was lukewarm to my date & I. The service was great and the young woman who helped me was lovely, but the product just wasn't up to par. I ended up throwing away 2/3 of it. Like I said, I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it was just a miss.

I wish there was Bel Canto Cafe near me, everyone needs to support and enjoy the amazing coffee. Friendly, fast and worth it to me while other coffee businesses have forgotten to be nice. I have given the packaged coffee to my friends & family and everyone loves it!

This place Is horrible well at least the girl that just attended me. so I went and ordered and the most rude person you can think off. She did not welcome you or said anything she pretty much just almost threw the coffee at me and my daughter. I asked why she iwas so rude she said she didn't like to talk much! What kind of customer service is this!I almost asked for my money back. I threw out my drinks cause I did not want to drink anything from someone with such negative attitude. Whomever owns this place you are losing lots of customers. I would give it no stars if I could . Hire better people cause obviously this business does not care about customer service! Btw to the owner about throwing the coffee in my face was a figure of speech. I was not the one having a bad day it was your employee. And with your response I can see the real picture now by your response. Wow!

I love this coffee so much! All of the flavors i have tried smell amazing and my family thinks so too. I order a gift basket every holiday and also always have some Bel Canto coffees in my pantry. I highly recommend if you are a coffee lover and love trying new delicious flavors of coffee.

Omg you guys this coffee is the best I have ever had! I get real bad anxiety with caffeine so I tried the flavored decaf and wow the flavor is amazing! I use to get my drinks at Starbucks but this coffee is my main go too now! Game changer for sure! Also for the person that said that this place is no longer there thats because this place is their online shipping address.

I ordered 2 gifts baskets for my mom and sister in law and Jeanette delivered more than I ever could imagine!! They both were like they couldn’t stop finding little hidden gifts within gifts!!! Best Xmas gifts I have ever ordered and will be ordering more. I actually placed a third order after my moms good friend couldn’t believe how amazing the gift basket was for her too. We are all huge fans of Bel Canto and hope Jeanette is prepared for all the crazy Texans I just got addicted to her fabulous coffee!!!
