I just bought 2 spicy chickens and a drink from this place through the drive-thru. And I come home to eat the food with my girlfriend and while she eats she finds a strand of hair in the spicy chicken sandwich. How disgusting and bothering this is

I went to apply for promotions that ARE YOURS, and instead I received nothing, I bought and I did not receive any promotion, the people serving you do not give you information, next to me there were other people complaining about the service, I had to ask for a refund and leave there immediately, terrible experience

Terrible service. Increasingly disappointing, not to mention taking forever to get the order. People are inside talking and playing games. It's as if they were having a party, so they're neglecting their work. All the orders are poorly served. They deliver in a bad mood, and I ask for ranch, and they say there's none. No napkins or ketchup. The food came out cold, and the orders were changed.

It is a terrible service, they never have change, you must pay with the exact money because they do not have change to give you, and apart from that they do not deliver the order that you make, conclusion the self-service is rubbish. I put 1 because there is no -1
