Carnitas El Pareja in Fontana is the real deal when it comes to authentic Mexican food. We ordered 4 tacos dorados, and they were perfectly fried—super crispy, crunchy, and filled with flavorful meat that had just the right seasoning. The carnitas are truly delicious!!!! We also loved the huitlacoche quesadillas, rajas, pressed chicharron, etc.

Ordered take out, had some carnitas, buche, cueritos. The flavor on the carnitas was on point their tortillas were well made. Their salsas paired well with the carnitas definitely will be going back!
