Went today for a vanilla raspado and the lady that helped me was so rude and nasty. If people are coming and spending money at your business you should treat them nicely. That attitude was bad. Not coming here again?

I asked for a raspado it tasted so gross and i asked the lady if i could get another flavor and she told me no and was rude about it I couldn’t even describe how disgusting it was and very bad service didn’t even get us in .

I've tried literally everything on the menu and everything is absolutely delicious. If you want to go off menu, they serve you anything you'd like as long as they have the ingredients and no matter how crazy your demands are. All the raspados (snow cones) are made with natural syrups that the owner makes with REAL fresh fruit, no artificial ingredients at all!! I love this place and would give it more than 5 stars if I could
