Food has gotten better for sure. I love the triple dipper deal they have going on. Susa he is so good. When you come at night the portion of rice and pasta will be different. I come to different chilis all the time.
Ordered the Alex Burger. This is the third time we've went there and ordered the same burger thinking it would be different but burger patties have no flavor at all and it did not taste like anything. Now the Chili's in rancho Cucamonga on foothill we went and got the exact same Burger and the burger was very flavorful. Very tasty. It had everything in it that was supposed to be in it. The Cook at the Fontana Chili's in summit needs to take some cooking courses and read all the menus and recipes how to make the burgers.

Usually dont have any problems when we come to this location, until today. We get the southwest eggrolls nearly every time and today they were undercooked and not crispy at all. Ran into another issue when it came time to pay. Either the waitress needs to go back and learn the menu or she tried to pull a fast one. I ordered a 3 for me combo, but everything was charged separate, making the bill nearly $10 more. Roughly 18% of what the total should have been. In case she's wondering what happened to her tip.

Server was great and attentive but I ordered a bowl of chili and it was horrible. Extremely salty and just not edible or even appealing. Since it was a "combo" soup and salad, the manager said there was nothing they could do to deduct the price of the chili. Ironic that their namesake was the worst meal at our table.
Something has changed. Used to be our favorite restaurant. Went there last week to beat the dinner crowd. We were told we just couldn’t sit at the bar area to eat as we used to. I told the worker the seats are empty. I was told there would be a 30 to 40 minute wait. I don’t think so. The place was empty except the bar itself. We took our money and went elsewhere. So much for ordering all that takeout to keep them going during the downturn. It just doesn’t seem family friendly anymore. Maybe new management. Oh well. There’s plenty of other restaurants around. Update: I have since went back many times. Must have been a new worker at that time as I am able to sit in the bar area anytime without a reservation. They have cut back their menu somewhat. They no longer have the tacos. Oh well. I’ll survive. The happy hour margarita can’t be beat.

I loved visiting Chili's, a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of tables and very relaxed, the TVs are on sports programs and the staff is super friendly! I ate a very tasty crispy chicken, the chicken was super hot and crispy, and the size really quenches hunger and comes with very seasoned and crispy fries. For dessert we ordered a chocolate cupcake with ice cream which was divine, very moist and warm. Before the snack arrived, they brought us some potato chips with a slightly spicy tomato sauce and it was delicious. The menu is very diverse and the prices are super fair!
Fast and consistent service. Good was good and prices weren't bad. I'd come back for sure.

The wait wasn’t that bad we did a last minute reservation for a table too ten and they had awesome customer service, even out our cupcakes in the frig until after we ate.
