I been coming here years , the place was a mess , short on food, in the 2 girls in front gossip about customers. Not helping micro management, while I single out this young man Steven. Which manage two serve out dileverys by himself, and still manage to whip tables in fountain drink station. While the same girl in counter talking still talking hasn't moved from same spot . Hate to leave a bad review as the food is always delicious, but the customer service phone number is horrible. I ordered to this store on accident, and called to cancel. Couldnāt do it. Some robot answered, couldnāt speak to a person. Wasted my rewards points..

I never see that a small quantity of food is mentioned to the cashier. When I complain she tries to explain but it doesn't make sense. The customer always wants more food. If we are paying 12 dollars, we need enough food. It's not right this happened in evening shift 09-06-2025

I always hope to get a normal portion, but every time I come here itās way too small. Please, tell your team to serve proper portions ā a lot of people are saying the same thing in reviews.
What surprises me the most is that when someone makes a mistake in an order, they just throw away the whole bowl into the trash without hesitation, but when it comes to my order, it feels like theyāre afraid to give even a full scoop.
You can see in the photo ā just a few pieces of chicken, some beans and a bit of cheese. I really like Chipotle, but itās frustrating when you pay full price and leave still hungry. Please pay attention to this, itās becoming a common issue.

Terrible experience at this location. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive, and the cashier tried to rip me off not once but twice. She told me that two items cost the same when one was clearly cheaper, and then shorted me my changeāhanding me only the bills and purposely leaving out the coins. When I called it out, she clearly knew what she was doing. Between the unprofessional manager and dishonest service at the register, I wonāt be coming back to this Chipotle and I recommend others avoid it too.

I bought two veggie balls from them. They put very little ingredients in them. Even after asking repeatedly, they only put a little. The ava gado is spoiled. It has been cut for a long time and has turned black. The rice is raw and has no taste. The food is waste.

If Iām going to be paying 19 for a burrito can you guys actually give a full scoop!?!?!. 5 bucks extra for a double scoop okay thatās fine but 5 bucks is the amount of a small burger or something 5 bucks is not half a scoop of a full scoop okay?!?. The servings are so random and never the same the prices are always changing sometimes Iām charged sometimes Iām not for the extra. This ridiculous fix ur serving sizes or lower ur prices. And ps donāt let the new guy do servings of itās gonna cost me 19 bucks and he under serves me.

I got small scooped on my protein as I asked for half and half. How can you call that a full serving with so many gaps on the plate. I asked for an evaluation but he reassured that was a full serving. I had to ask for my guacamole on the side as I was scared I was going to get small scooped twice.
