Last night we went to Chipotle for dinner
Everone was friendly and the food was great. However, one person went above and beyond to make our visit even better. Matthew was on the second half of the line and when I told him the corn salsa was my pregnancy craving right now, he made sure I was able to get aa much as I wanted. He even made sure to package things separately so it wouldn't make a huge mess when I got home to eat. It was a small gesture but it truly made my day. This is the kind of customer service and personal connection to customers that keeps us coming back. Thank you Matthew!!!

Avoid this location! Read the reviews on here and Yelp! The manager jussisla is rude and not a person who should be dealing with the customers! I got 2 bowls and both of them had barely any meat in them - when I said something - they asked if I wanted a double portion and I said no I want the portion that should be on there to begin with!! This is the only location that I’ve been to that cheats the customer, and Doesn’t even provide the amount of meat that they should in the bowl to begin with and then they want to charge the customer another $4.85 for additional meat! It’s a freaking SCAM

Why Don't they Use Hairnets!! 😵😵😵 This Is Very Nasty. The Employees Hair Is all over the place, Braids swinging all over the place.. It grossed me Out.

Oh and.. yes... Their Portion Sizes Are very horrible.

I placed an online order of a chicken burrito with rice, black beans, pico & lettuce. After several bites, I noticed they gave me an all veggie & rice burrito - no beans or chicken at all lmao. What kind of logic is that?

I’ve never had to review a place before, but my meal was horrible. The service was about as good as the food. The chips tasted burnt and the burrito bowl didn’t have flavor and the steak I ordered didn’t taste right. When I went inside to order my meal I was the only one in line but I felt like I was rushed by the staff to get out before I even said what I wanted to order. Worst experience I’ve had with Chipotle

The amount of comments referencing small portions lets me know this isn't a one time issue. It's been several times for me personally. This last time it was as though they sprinkled a few pieces of chicken into my bowl. It's 85% corn and rice.This can't just be a few rogue employees, it's policy coming from managers and the owner. You're not getting this nonsense from other Chipotle locations.

Clean restaurant though. Have to give credit for that.

The food was good but the amount of protein is very little. I had maybe 5 pieces of steak . We did an online order.

Manager ( shorter male ) makes employees give incredibly small portions and is not worth the price you pay. Only time you get decent portions is when he’s not there hovering over them. Go to a different chipotle until this one is managed by someone else because you do not get your moneys worth. See all reviews for yourself.
