Staff was serving small food portions. She tossed the rice in the bowl and some fell out. She didn’t add more. Dirty look when I asked for more. They rushed everyone ordering with 3 hour until closing. Staff was very rude. 11/25/25 at 7:45pm.

This chipotle sucks 😞 for all the you paying plus a tip you should get more food but it's a game they playing in there they give who they want more food but give others less.who ever own the restaurant needs to talk to them they are messing up and they not friendly well I will not be going back personally, people listen instead of spending 💰 your money on places that don't care how they do spend that money on your family have family night. the sad part 〽️ about all this they making it bad for these restaurant and the owners should be checking on how they doing.,and it's gonna come a time when people will stop coming there I'm out and it's all because of these workers. this the one in Fontana Serra lakes pkwy.,,and that asian girl something wrong with her she's not friendly at all

I wish I could give zero stars… if you’re vegetarian or vegan, don’t trust this place with your pick-up order or mobile delivery. I ordered from this place through DoorDash for the 3rd time tonight (shame on me for not learning my lesson the 2nd time) and I always order sofritas because of a health condition that limits the amount of cholesterol I can consume (familial hypercholesterolemia). Each time I’ve ordered the sofritas, I’ve found at least 3 separate pieces of carne asada in my bowl, two smaller pieces on one side, and a large (over 2” piece) on the other side. It’s happened all 3 times I’ve ordered from this location, so I can no longer write it off as an accident. I don’t know who’s trying to put red meat into the bowl of someone who’s ordering tofu, but it’s seriously unprofessional and dangerous as not everyone who eats vegan/vegetarian does it for ethical reasons, some eat it for health reasons. For managers/staff that read these reviews, my order was through DoorDash on 10/11/25 placed at 7:05pm total was $23.78 if you’d like to review the store footage of the food being made.

Long lines and only 1 server. I asked the manager who was at the cash register if she had anyone else that could help and she said no. Finally she started helping to prepare the meals but seemed to have an attitude. I just didn't understand how this establishment has a long line of customers and she didn't think to help because there was no customers at the register that would have prevented her from assisting the young lady that was preparing the meals. I will not be returning to this Chipotle again.

Food is always too salty. The last time I had to toss it out. Portions are either too small or missing. Steak was missing from my husbands bowl, my chicken portion was a small spoonful. I am a fan of chipotle but avoid this one!

Over the past year, I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances — at least six separate visits — and each time the customer service has been below average, with frequent issues of them being out of key ingredients.

One example that still stands out: I came in around 9 p.m. and asked for chicken, only to be told they were out for the night. I noticed they had some at the online pickup station and politely asked if they could use that for my order. The employee told me, “Sorry, that’s for online customers.” So customers who haven’t even paid yet get priority over paying customers already in the store? That makes no sense. What happens if they don’t get enough online orders?

I decided to leave without ordering that night, but unfortunately, my return visits didn’t get better. Most recently, just last Monday at 8:30 p.m., they were out of white rice entirely. It’s hard to understand how a location can repeatedly run out of core menu items well before closing, and it feels like a lack of effort to make more food.

Chipotle, I know you can do better. This store needs to improve preparation, inventory management, and overall customer service.
