HORRIBLE! Fire everyone! Terrible management, too playful and not taking their jobs serious. It's like they don't know how to serve customers properly, horrible food, chicken burnt, music way too loud. Worst chipotle spot ever.

This is for the new chipotle on Cherry in Fontana.. Food was as usual. The first server was nice and relatively generous with the portions. When the second server came around their queso was almost gone and she gave around half a scoop of queso. Asked for a little more (only because if we’re paying for the queso, we should get the full scoop? Right??) the cashier heard and saw the exchange and proceeded to charge for a whole extra side of queso. Though the added amount was still only a half scoop! When asked to refund the second extra charge of queso he said “no need to get so mad, you’re making a big scene over nothing.” There was no big scene, no drama. A simple exchange that he was upset about for some reason. The cashier was extremely rude, telling my partner and I that we were getting “out of hand” even though we were simply walking away and out the door.

Welp... went against my gut instinct and agreed to have disappointment for dinner (again). Got a $12 quesadilla, which I found out literally only had a small amount of cheese in half of it, and the other half was a folded warm tortilla. No cheese whatsoever. This place is a literal joke, how do you actually mess up a quesadilla?

Put freezing cold guacamole on my burrito, hardly had anything. Everything was low. Gave me the tiniest scoop of meat. But a humongous scoop of cold quacamole, I’m not happy especially after paying $18. Yall need to step up your game. It was like eating an ice cream burrito! Who ever was cooking on July 24th at 12 o clock, should be fired.

I ordered double meat through the app and used my points, but when I got my burrito there was only a little bit of meat and more of the lettuce, peppers and corn. I totally waste my points for nothing. Don't order through the app and go inside so you could make sure they are making your food right. So annoying.

I don't know where to start. I went to this location and hat the worst experience. My Grandchildren were with me. They love Chipotle. On 6/17/25 @ 530pm, I walked in with 3 ppl ahead of me. I patiently waited to be served. However, the server started to clean the counters, which I had no problem with. I patiently waited. When she was done with that task, she walked to the back, never acknowledging me. I continued to wait as she walked past me 2 more times as if I didn't exist. My Grandchildren then asked, Grandma, why isn't she taking our order? I then saw her coming from the back and thought, okay she's ready to assist us. Nope, I was wrong. She then proceeded to remove a container from the selection of items. Still never acknowledging us. I couldn't take it anymore. I said, excuse me, I have been patiently waiting and allowed you to do several task without once acknowledging me or just simply stating, I'll be right with you. Are you ready to take my order? At this time a gentleman walks from the back and ask what happened. I proceed to tell him and I was taken back by his response. He agreed that she should've acknowledged me then says, but do you have to be rude?! I was shocked to say the least! I said, I'm rude?! I decided to keep my peace instead of using a few choice words. I had my Grandchildren with me and felt that's the energy he wanted. Not today Satan! I left. However, contacting the corporate office wasn't much help. Poor customer service is a choice! I will never patronize them again! Do better with training the right people who want to give great service in your establishment.
