Staff didn't even enforce their own rules on the trampoline. Me and my wife are watching our own kids play and other kids are trying to grab them and hurt them and the staff doesn't do anything. The woman watching them is named Victoria and when I brought the issue to her attention she didn't even care and said she just let's them do what they want. I then went to the Manager Danny and asked for a refund because this is just ridiculous that the staff doesn't even follow their own rules. When brought to his attention he said he can't do a refund and only offer 500 tickets in exchange for the $30 i paid for both of my kids to play and get hurt. We were only there for about 15 minutes when all this occurred. Very disappointing experience and it was my sons birthday as well. Will definitely spread the word on how this chuck e cheese is being operated.

Be careful with their group packages, they do not respect the price and end up charging you more than what it is, I will not return... it is a scam.

Came here for a birthday party. It was my first time at a Chuck E. Cheese in a while. I was thinking the worse. I got to say I was a little impressed with games, staff, clean facility. Party ordered pizza and sodas. I ordered myself an all you can eat salad. It was good. I did have to mention to them a couple times what was out. So they would restock it. For a minute I felt like I was working lol the guy I think that was the manager was cool and funny. Too bad he’s a yankee fan lol speaking of that I was there when there was a dodger vs Yankees game. I was disappointed no tv for the game. Come on?!? Really?!? Also no pitcher of beer. I get the beer I guess for the kids sake but tv for adults to watch while kids are playing. At least one tv for sports. Would be nice. I don’t think it’s too much to ask. I don’t see any harm in that. Unless they don’t have the technology to control one tv. I had to watch the game on the phone. Another complaint is the place smelled like a dirty diaper. I get it kids running around and maybe a parent tossed a diaper in the trash but damn staffs got to notice it and take out the trash. I had one slice a pizza and it wasn’t that great. I wouldn’t recommend it. I would probably come just for the games for my son and maybe a salad. I did like the guy monitoring make sure people got new plates to keep it clean. I believe they have a membership were you can sign up and you save like 20-30% off. Not bad. I felt like they probably needed another person to help the front. At one point I was waiting for a few minutes for another plate. Good work though guys. Go dodgers!
Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar. Pretty good.

I will never work there ever again Ralph and Patricia are extremely rude think they can talk to employees the way they want and and they lower your hours it's not even part time
The place in fontana is a good place all employees are good. However, the older female manager is extremely rude! She has zero costumer service skills. I am a very understanding person but she was really rude not only to me but my whole family and to her employees. Other than that most of the employees there a very kind.

We came to this Chuck e Cheese on 10.18.24. First impressions, a lot of trash on the ground at the front of the establishment. When we walked in I could immediately smell the smell of a dirty mop. That smell never went away. It made it hard to want to try any of the food and drinks so I can't offer my opinion on that. The two people that helped me at the front counter could not figure out how to apply my membership benefits so I ended up not being able to use everything my membership offers me. I ended up giving up and using what I could redeem after 20 minutes at the front counter, with no line btw. I like to see what the different locations have to offer, I have gone to pretty much every Chuck e Cheese around the Riverside and San Bernardino county areas and it's sad to see how this location is being managed. The game selection was by far the least favorable, with about 20% of the games not working correctly or working at all.

First time at this location. Our weekly visits are to Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, and Murrieta locations weekly. First off, the entire building smells like moldy towels. Secondly, I can appreciate that not everyone will know everything but we went in and spent way too long at the counter for the two older folks to figure out how to access membership points. Frustrating because we pay for a monthly membership but were not able to access all the benefits and were told...sorry and that was about it. Prob not going to return to this one unfortunately.

Been coming to this Chuck E Cheese for years. The place is clean, the pizza is good, I've never seen it too packed, kids love it and have always had so much fun. The only thing I don't like is that The price keeps getting higher.
