“This the perfect little dive bar. Not crowded. The times that I’ve been have not been busy. Just a small crowd. You will notice the same people if you go 3 times or more so you know it’s a neighborhood bar that has some loyal customers. Kinda every one knows each other but not every customer is a regular. They have a pool table & darts. My favorite part so far about going there is when there’s a song on the jukebox & everyone knows the words & they’re all singing. Half the time it’s a song I’ve never heard so the song isn’t necessarily a typical “bar” song. And there are some good singers in the mix! I like that when everyone starts singing they’re not bothering anybody. You can’t really do that at Boston’s! Lastly, all the girls (bartenders) are totally sweet, know their stuff, provide great service & are in good happy moods & don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them. And I also have to credit the one gentleman that works there & is there every single night. When it’s close to closing he’s there washing glasses, sweeping floors, pouring the very last drink for someone, cleaning bar top, whatever needs to be done to help the girls close down. And if you still have a few gulps in your glass, he’s not one to rush out you out. He lets you finish it. Then get out! Im sorry that I don’t know what his position is but I’m certain he’s either manager or owner. For me, being a single lady going there alone (not lonely!), I feel very at ease, comfortable & safe. Even when I leave & go to my car. There’s always 4 or 5 of us walking out at the same time.
Excuse the long review but if you can’t tell I RECOMMEND hanging out at Cherp’s. I hardly go to bar bars but this one I like !!!“

Ziggy’s has it all — great vibes, even better drinks, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, thanks especially to Angel, who went above and beyond with his customer service. Super attentive, friendly, and made some solid drink recommendations. Definitely ask for her if you go!

The atmosphere is just right — chill but lively. There’s a pool table if you’re looking to play, and the live DJ kept the energy going without it being too overwhelming. It’s the kind of place where you can either turn up or just relax and catch up with friends.

And let’s talk about the drinks — strong, delicious, and most importantly, reasonably priced. You’re getting quality without the crazy markup, which is a rare find these days.

“We tried this place on a recommendation. I'm glad we did. It was mid week so not many customers. That was perfect for us, we were there to catch up. Small venue with big ambiance. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty, hot, and generous portions. Both of us could have shared our meal. Nice casual bar in the middle of the restaurant. They have one long party booth and several smaller booths. The patio looks so fun, we might host our department Christmas party here. Overall, I think this a cool, out of the way , fun place. We will be back again !!“

“We had the best experience thanks to our server, Victor! He was so sweet and kind to our one-year-old, which meant a lot to us as parents. He also went above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday feel really special. He was funny, warm, and super attentive the whole time.

What made it even more special is that it was his birthday too, and he still showed up with such a positive attitude and so much love for his job. You can truly tell he enjoys what he does, and it shows in how he treats his guests.

“From the moment we sat down, everything was incredible-even the water. It tasted so fresh and clean, which honestly set the tone for the entire meal. The food was absolutely amazing; every single bite was packed with flavor. You can tell the chef truly did his thing-everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The dessert was just as amazing, the perfect way to end the meal. On top of that, our waiter Victor was phenomenal. This was our first time here, and he was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful-answering all of our questions and guiding us through the menu with ease. A flawless dining experience all around.“

“We really enjoy coming here however, it can be a little bit slow to get service even if you're sitting at the bar. The drinks are good and the food is more of a hit than a miss. Mini rotates seasonally but as of right now and August I recommend the crab nachos.“

“This place is a ‘hidden’ gem. The oysters were fresh and include west coast and east coast offerings. The poke was also fresh and very good. “I absolutely love this place. Everything that I've ordered has been absolutely delicious. My favorite is the steak fajita burrito. The steak is tender and juicy. Also, nowhere else I've tried has a better chicken pozole. The Enchilada Suizas are amazing. The Chile Rellenos, mmmm so good. I'm somewhat of a regular and still look forward to going back.“

The event sales manager, Amber, had great recommendations for our event and was so helpful with any questions I had about the space, timeline and logistics, and anything else I could think of. On the day, we had amazing servers, Marissa and Erica, who also helped me with any questions I had while I was setting up. The bartenders, Bianca and John, were so friendly and professional and my family and friends had only good things to say about the food, drinks, and overall service! The event went by smoothly, everyone was having a good time, and I was able to focus on the things I had planned. The Agave Room is separated by curtains from the rest of the restaurant, but felt very private and we were able to have our own music and games without disturbing the rest of the place. “That's a great place if you wanna hang out and watch the games. was packed by 10:30am on a Sunday morning. My kids enjoyed all the sandwiches drinks whatever came through our table of 20. they're not a breakfast place thats for sure, not many choices. we had a pretty large group and most of our breakfast was cold. the waitress kicked butt, she was really good and very sweet. the guys helping deliver the food not happy looked overwhelmed.. “came here for the first time last night because I just opened a tow yard close by and the place seemed to be poppin. was a awesome choice. pulled in and the lot had classic cars and low lows parked outside. that was the first sign that it was meant to be. ordered fish tacos and they were bomb! wife ordered flautas for the babies and they had cheese inside. apparently they were amazing also. the salsa bar.... every salsa was very good I had to have all of them. good vibes! was leaving and a guy was walking to patio with a burrito the size of a football no lie! will be a new spot for the family for sure!“

Where this place gets its massive props from me? The ceviche (I had the spicy version), and the amazingly great clam chowder. I mean, I know that chowder is a popular item in Baja, but now I have no reason to travel and find out why. For all I know they opened a can of clam chowder and enhanced it with their own secret blend of herbs and spices, but who cares? It was fantastic.“
