If you don’t care about Customer Service and being greeted when you walk in an establishment, this is the place to frequent. Personally, I prefer good customer service and I like to be greeted when I frequent an establishment. I will not be visiting this place again. Zero stars is what I’d like to give. This one particular guy should not be serving the public.

COLD STONE is the best but I can't believe one scoop is more the $ 7 ridiculous

Everytime I come to this location, the vibes are just a bit off. Today, the server avoided helping me.. I didn't think much of it until I was no longer alone, and 2 more groups came in. Then, when I used the remaining balance on a gift card and asked to keep it (i tape them in my journal), she rolled her eyes, claimed she wasn't allowed to, and threw it away.

No biggie, the ice cream was fine though, so 3 stars. (-:

Banana taste nothing like banana no taste at all

The ice cream is amazing so earning the first star is easy. But this location rarely has enough staff, will take forever, and shows very little concern for customers. I've tried ordering online and returning. They 1 staff was late with the order and I waited for people to receive their order first before he even decided to make mine. I've tried tipping big to build a good relationship but they dont seem to care. This is the worst location I've visited. Even the cleanliness is sub-par and they don't even make the restroom accessible to clients. There's usually an upright stand in front of the door, seemingly to inform patrons the restroom is off limits. This store really needs a revamp.

Basically when I ask for a Ice cream shake for create your own, I ask the lady for a shake, for the ice cream it was cinnamon roll flavor ice cream shake with mix in's toppings in it and she did really good also not only that, she had a really sweet smile & kindness, and so once I tasted my Cinnamon roll shake, it was really GOOD! I give it a 100/10 :)

I ordered a pie ahead if time. Prepaid. Had to wait in a very long line. What is the point if pre-order if I cannot get it on time?

Just went to Cold stone the Ice Cream was awesome. Only issue I had was I found paper in my Ice cream. It just made me a little nervous. Very weard wondering if the rest of the Ice Cream has the paper in it should I take it back?
