Just ordered, the manager barely handed me the bag and drink then shut the window, I'm trying to put my drink down in the cup holder and she opens the window saying is everything okay in a rude manner not because she was genuinely concerned...insane! Del Taco I think it's a good call to put this staff through a customer service training.

Absolutely terrible service today from a young man. Whoever was working the drive thru gave no customer service whatsoever. Asked me to back my car up before giving my food, I'm guessing so they can have a better timer score or something? He was rude, did not say thank you or offer any kindness at all. Took my order in a rude manner and passed my bag over. I thanked him and I will not be returning. I will tell my friends and family this place is terrible. Next time I'll go to taco bell.

Wouldn't take my order. They are Kiosk only according to the manager. I was there to order for my office, 10 people, and I don't know the kiosk system. The manager told me to go elsewhere if I wouldn't order it myself. So I left as she asked.
Young lady working at this location 12/15/2024 at 1419 (02:19 PM) is very rude. Stuffed my food in my bag and tossed the packets of mild sauce on the counter instead placing them in bag. She is short, skinny, possibly Hispanic, and between 19-21 yrsold.
