I've been going to this del taco for years because this location did have the best food and service, but looks like good things do come to a end due to change of ownership or unexperienced employees . But I will continue to go here because it's my favorite spot. If I do have a on going problem with service you will hear from me through your website. Maybe you guys need the Undercover Boss treatment 🤔 .

Went there 2xs in the past week. 1st time went through the drive through, order was missing chx guac burrito and didnt know until i got home. Had to go back and get missing item. Nothing but attitude. 2nd time went in thinking it would be better, I placed order at kisok and overheard person from drive through stating they have been waiting in spot in front, still hasnt gotten order. They repeted order to her, which was wrong. I received my order, which was wrong again. Ordered delux fries, received regular fries. Seems as this is a regular occurance and nothing is done about it.

Employee in drive thru said they were closed @ 12:43am , even though hours are till 1am . As a traveler, I look for hours of operation before I pull off the freeway. Kinda disappointed, but never know , maybe there was an emergency

Lady that took my order at 9:50 am at 6-20-2024 was very rude walked away without giving me my receipt and just threw my food on the counter good thing I was the only person so knew it was mine and all the tables and chairs are dirty

My visit was on 6/19/24 at 11:30 am.
The food quality was good. The DRIVE THRU SERVICE was not friendly or professional. I wasn't given any sauce or napkins. When I paid I didn't get my receipt. I got my order then I said "Thank you!, Have a nice day" and all I got was the window slammed on me.

I have stopped here on my way home late at night, and the food is never fresh even when asked to make it fresh ( fries ), also the burritos are on the cold side.
Bathroom dirty. They need to clean the grill. Black residue on the eggs in my burrito. Not good. I like del taco. But this location needs some cleaning.

I've been here because it's close to my job, had the fish & shrimp tacos, they weren't that great & were missing a lime wedge. Barely any pico de gallo & tortillas were soggy. I've also had their hashbrown sticks a few times & every time they taste like the oil is old..not very appetizing.
