Horrible customer service honestly walked out didn't even order. Cashier was on phone trying to figure out an Uber order or something, didn't pause or acknowledge customer standing in front waiting to order. Understand things happen but standing in front of cashier for at least 5 minutes waiting patiently she was not interested in helping us at all. A small gesture of acknowledgement would have been nice but nothing, felt like we were bothering her.
Guys do not buy from here you might as well buy from Popeyes the chicken here is too salty

When I came back, the service was warm, the food was delicious, and I genuinely felt reassured that they value their customers.
Mistakes happen at any restaurant, but the way Don Fuego’s responded showed great customer care. I appreciate them going the extra mile to turn my impression around, and I’ll definitely be back.

Best hot chicken to ever exist. Nothing compares to this OG chicken spot. Been eating don fuegos since they had the trailer and the taste never changed. Great costumer service and the food is delicious. Come here and you’ll never go back to “Your chicken spot” again.
