Although the atmosphere was really pretty, I wish I could say the same about the food and their service 😕 it started out with the two Michiladas 😢 the shrimp tasted like they thawed it in a Bowl with its own Frost bite water, it was Gross, and when I brought to their attention, not even an Apology was given, as if they knew it wasnt Fresh. Ive bought shrimp at Costco Fresher than this. It changed my Order to just getting something Simple. But unfortunately after the waitress asked if we wanted Fresh Shrimp soup, it was a Kill for me. My Soup had a Long Black Hair inside the soup. I was beyond Grossed out. I took it to their attention again and noticed no one in the kitchen had a Hair net on. And then the waitress said: this isn't a Hair,, -LOL.. Excuse me, I know what a Hair Looks like and the other CoWorker agreed with me. I told her id pay for my Coke but Thankfully she said not to pay, we didn't get to enjoy Mexican food there, so We Went to La Tapatia Mexican Grill off Baseline and Cherry Instead
I should have known better it was past 530pm and the place was empty with all their TVs on Full blast. Completely Noisy.
I loved the decor, the atmosphere, and the good vibes you get just as you walk through the door. And what can I say about the dishes they sell? They have an unparalleled flavor; I truly recommend them to anyone who loves authentic Mexican cuisine.

Doña Timos Restaurant has amazing food and a great selection of drinks. It's a nice place to watch sports and they have awesome deals during happy hour. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend when in the area.

If you go on the back side its more fresh and darker the food is great and i recommend the coffee de hoya.

Amazing food and beautiful atmosphere! The owners are so nice and welcoming. Great service and they were very attentive. The food is delicious. We had burritos, fajitas, sopes, and delicious guacamole. Definitely will keep coming back!

It's a lil whole in the wall,and it's like eating at your tias house on a Sunday ! Incredible variety...drinks off the hook...food authentic... tortilla hand made...very service oriented ! Family run...very friendly and Very attentive...prices great...the SERVINGS ARE HUGE !!!! the 4 of us all took half our food home ,!!! Just discovered this little jem and definitely making this my every other Sunday date night spot. We had the chicken poblano mole, beef birria, steak n shrimp plate and grilled salmon plate. Super delicious !!!!!!!
I ordered a beef broth to take away for my mom, and it was bad, it tasted sour and they did take a while to heat it up because those broths are reheated. I live very far away so I don't go back there anymore.

I got a chile relleno combo and my husband ordered a carne asada wet burrito with a café de olla. Everything was delicious! The server gave us a sample of their shrimp soup broth; we will be back to have an entire bowl next time. 😋
