I started coming to this Dunkin location recently and always order the same Caramel Macchiato and a Ham Swiss croissant, never had an issue and always get greeted by the friendly drive thru associate. Never waited for than 5mins, im always in and out which is a plus because I stop before work.

So I came here to wait while my car next door was being serviced and I must say that the staff here was soooo friendly I watched how they all interacted with each other and you can tell that they all lovvvve what they do!! 🤗🤗🤗 it was pretty early while I was here (I sat for about 45mins) but they moved very quickly efficiently and accurate from the drive-thru to the cashier everyone had smiles on their faces 😁😁😁 and it was all very genuine for it to be a team of 6 women it was like they all moved as one each person knowing what to do and knowing there role as well as willingness to be a helping hand as needed you can tell they received OUTSTANDING TRAINING 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾the store was clean and displayed very well........ this store definitely gets 10 STARTS FROM ME ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! 🍩☕️🍞🥓🍳🧋🥤🧁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible store, took 15mins to make 2 drinks, said the food was coming right up but after another 10mins of waiting I went to go ask and apparently “someone took your order”, worker was helpful but the manager gave me the side eye like it was my fault that someone took my food

This place has really bad service, ordered multiple food items and received drinks first and waited 15 mins before asking about the food ordered and turns out food was taken by someone and I was asked what I was ordered like if my order isn’t in their system. They love to chit chat though. Will never be returning to this location.

Little ms attitude Michelle girl change your attitude. You’re the first person we see in the morning before we go to work we’re up getting our coffee getting our day started. Nobody wants your negative energy. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there simple! Rather spend my money at Starbucks and get a bubbly personality in the morning. Not somebody that’s miserable and unhappy.

They didnt have an item i ordered on the app and didnt want to give me a refund at the store told me to do it on the app. I went thru the app to get my refund they said up to 14 days to get a refund. When i go buy coffee i dont tell them ill pay u back in 14 days
