These people are so nice, I went to buy 2 churros only for dessert, then was going to get food somewhere else that I wanted, but instead they ask if I wanted a free chicken bowl, I said yes, and I received it from them such kind souls... and all Praises To The Most High God for this! and for this act of simple kindness I give them 5 stars recommended!!

I am sorry if you grew up in the 80s and 90s and ate here you will know that the chicken does not taste the same. This is one of my last choices to buy any food. Matter of fact, i will go to a 7 eleven to buy wings and pizza before going here.

I love to come to this pollo loco when I visit my doctor's office in Fontana. This pollo loco is always clean and the service is always great. Geremia is very friendly every time I come and he always knows my order when I get there. The 3pc chicken meal I always get is delicious and that is why this is my favorite location in Fontana.

I cannot believe how rude some people can be, I mean if you don't like your job please find another job. An employee by name of Cynthia was extremely rude and unprofessional when taking an order, please if a manager can read this please look at your cameras to have proof, they also have people waiting in the drive through so long. Horrible horrible customer service. Fontana location do better.

JOSE is a great person and a great manager at this EL Pollo Loco. The food is good and the bi-lingual service is great. The orders are handled quickly, accurately and politely. The restrooms and facilities are clean and well stocked and the Salsas are great. I have been going there for over a year and I'm extremely well pleased with the food and service.

I should have known better than to give El Pollo Loco another try. I visited this location after a long time of avoiding them since they stole my money when I ordered online. When I arrived to pick up they had closed much earlier than the time posted and never gave me my food. Today I ordered a avocado Pollo bowl and the avocado was black, dry left over bits of chicken, and to top it off I found a piece of metal in my food that I almost swallowed. I could have ended up in the hospital because of their low quality food and carelessness. I'm not giving my business to any El Pollo Loco locations ever again. The employee working the drive thru was rude also.
