Do not like how there's a women's restroom and not men's restroom, 2 bathrooms one women's the other for everyone, what about if there's a girl in there and a man waiting for the restroom because its the only restroom for men and women.... horrible concept. Othere than that the food was good and service was great. Fix the restroom situation

Tasty chicken. A little overpriced for what you received.
I go weekly to this el polo and it was the worst yet. Ordered 2 piece leg and thigh with beans and coleslaw. Got 4 thighs with corn and beans. Also ordered double polo fit bowl, and not sure what they tried to give me and not sure what I ended up with after they supposedly fix it, but not what we ordered. Had to ask for the dressing. Asked for salsa and basically ignored me. Another customer that ordered on line was also frustrated. New people need training.
