I really hate to leave a negative review because the man working today was incredibly kind. I’ve been here before, and while the donuts have never been amazing, they’ve always hit the spot enough for me to return.
That said, after today, I don’t think I’ll be back. I came in around 4pm, fully aware that the donuts wouldn’t be as fresh late in the day—but some of them tasted like they were more than a day old. I don’t mind day-old donuts if they’re priced accordingly, but I spent nearly $30 and what I got was far from fresh.
Now I understand why he was giving away extras. Maybe the experience is better in the morning, but for me, 4pm is a hard no from now

The donuts are amazing. The chocolate chip square is amazing, but they didn't have it when I went. Still delicious and donuts are fresh. The ham and cheese jalapeño is so good. Would Recommend.

My husband was able to pick up a dozen Valentine's themed donuts at 4 am on Valentine's day!Great planning by the staff to have these ready as soon as they open, and they're so cute! ?

Today was my first time buying donuts in this store but I would never go back. They look very delicious but when it comes to tasting they are full of oil, a bad taste from so much oil. I don't recommend them.

Good donuts but when I asked for a cup of ice for my daughter since she got bruised during her soccer game the lady started yelling that "no free ice" and we need to leave. Very aggressive and I used to order 2 dozen donuts every Saturday from here but not anymoreI feel like the owners here do not want a certain type of people here, I have a masters degree from UCR but they make me feel like I cannot buy donuts here!
