On Monday, I I came here through the drive-through and ordered food for my family. And when I got home, I seen that there was a fly flying around inside of my container of salad that I ordered. I wrote a review to the restaurant about what happened and they apologized, but only offered a combo upgrade. Not even a replacement meal or a refund.

Used to be good but now overpriced, bad service, lazy rude staff. Can never get order correct in drive through so ordered online but food preparers dont read or speak English. Chose no cheese on online order and no cheese was shown on receipt/ticket. They added cheese to my son's hamburger when clearly written no cheese, my son could have been hospitalized or worse due to his severe dairy allergy. This should never happen to anyone. Spoke to manager and they didn't care at all. Workers are completely clueless getting paid too much and they can't even do their job. Food is way overpriced. Never going to Farmers Boys again, place doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I ordered a large family breakfast and every item was perfect. I had not seen my daughter or my grandkids in a couple of weeks it was really nice to be able to bring that to the house

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would this is terrible. The customer service is terrible. I got two cheeseburgers from them and the meat smelled rank. It had no flavor. We only took one bite. I called to complain about the food, and they basically told me that they would remake it instead of giving me back my money. Why would I want to have you guys remake my food after your meat is bad I will be calling the health department on this farmer boys

I continue to be impressed with Farmer Boys. We placed an order online as we were driving and didn't like that it seemed to require the rewards login. We were only about 5 mins away so we thought we'd have to weight a bit, but it was coming out hot aswe walked in. Fantastic! We were already late and needed to hit the road. So this was very welcomed. Plus the food is just better quality. And thank you for that.
