I ordered a chicken avocado sandwich with extra chicken. Was charged $5.19 for extra chicken. They did not put in the extra chicken. The manager claims she saw with her own eyes and that maybe the extra slice was a little smaller. That's maybe why i didn't notice. $5.19 for extra slice of chicken. I better notice the extra chicken. I told her they did not put in. She refused to give a refund but that I could come get the extra chicken. I said I was at work, and she said I come to pick up after.. I said fine I'll come after work.
I don't appreciate the drive thru workers rushing customer. This guy denied my order at 11:49pm, when they close at midnight.I normally have great experiences, but I see things have changed.

Left me craving a burger even though I had double cheese. The meat had no salt the zuchini had no salt but I left salty?? They really needa season their beef patties, I'm disapppointed to say the least? But those prices did not match the quality of food smh Also my mom got a farmers burger and they gave her a raw looking beef patty, it did not look cooked all the way through. Were keeping the reciept pray she doesn't get sick?? I reccomend going to the restaurant down the street.

I am from the Midwest, so I am a burger connoisseur. I tried other chains burgers, meh. But this burger? Tastes like they just butchered the cow and then made it, it is so fresh! It's also a huge burger, so it's worth the money compared to other places. It will fill you up, even if you eat just the burger for a long time. Fresh meat, delicious crisp bacon, all the veggies taste hand-picked, and the bun is soft yet firm. The sauce they put at the bottom is something I normally would skip for ketchup, Michigan's burger condiment of choice, but it's really good! Their fries are thick and soft, and their shakes are insanely good. Thick and will stay that way for a long time. I don't care about the legend of some in and out chain, FARMER BOYS should be California's legend! Fully endorsed by a Midwestern burger woman! The service at this Fontana location is excellent. Every employee here is on point and so polite. You will move through the line quickly. I'd give this place ten stars if Google would let me. If you are in town from the Midwest and fiending for a taste of a real burger, come here. If you are a CA local, the burger hype is Farmer Boys.
