I'm a long time client that's has seen there service an quality degrade over time $10 pepperoni pizzas that were cooked delicious at a time they tend to over burnt them sometimes other then that the bread is great the service is bad when you call to place a order over phone they are very rude and work take any orders over phone after 8 they say expect to wait 20 mins for a the pizza to finish they say 10 but always takes them longer. I like there bread and pepperoini I liked there wings bus since someone had a worm appear on it last time I havent ate there wings anymore however there wings were good before

I have been coming here for 4-5 years and it’s always been awesome up until today. I put in a phone order at 8 PM so that I could pick up my order when I got off work at 8:30. I went to pick it up and arrived at 8:47 (13 minutes before closing) to pick up my phone order. The woman at the counter told me that they were closed, and when I told her I had a phone order, she told me that “we had to sell your pizza because then it would go bad.” I didn’t understand that reasoning because I put in a phone order for pickup and went before they closed, and their excuse was that it would go bad. Wouldn’t a phone order pickup have first priority over anyone going in to order? I just didn’t understand how this was fair when I put in an order. I work retail so I understand certain protocols have to be followed by certain times, but for me to arrive 13 minutes before closing to pickup an order that I made beforehand and the reasoning to sell it is because “it would go bad” just doesn’t make sense when they knew I was coming in. The woman offered to make me a pizza past closing but I was worried that maybe since I was “ordering” past hours that they may do something to my order. Again I completely understand having to have things ready to close as a retail worker, but selling the food I put an order in for, let alone before even closing doesn’t make sense to me and doesn’t seem fair. I really like this place but I am now contemplating if I should ever come here again. I just didn’t see how their staff had a valid point for selling the order that I put in for a different customer that showed up late before closing, hence why I made the phone order in the first place. Please don’t do this to other customers. We love supporting small businesses but not when you treat customers this way. I understand closing was approaching, but again, I made a phone order ahead of time and it seemed that the staff cared more about a walk in than a prepared order. Watch out for this place, they might sell your orders to others.

So we ordered a supreme pizza and a bbq chicken pizza. When we called and complained about the supreme pizza being burned we were told “there’s no way it was burned.”Then as you can see the bbq sauce isn’t there and just a few pieces of chicken here and there so it’s mostly a cheese pizza.

They were much better quality when they cost 5.50, even the box was prettier, now thePizza doesn't look as appetizing as before and they were much cheaper, I don't think I'll go back there again!
