I recently visited the Five Guys at Summit Ave in Fontana and had an absolutely stellar experience. This location truly delivers on the Five Guys promise of fresh, customizable burgers and fantastic, generously portioned fries. I ordered the Bacon Burger, fully loaded All The Way and added a few custom toppings like Jalapeño Peppers and Green Peppers for an amazing, fresh kick. The burger was perfectly cooked—incredibly juicy, hot, and piled high with toppings that were clearly fresh. The flavor combination was outstanding and definitely satisfied my burger craving! The Little Cajun Fry was the perfect side. True to form, the bag was loaded up well beyond the cup, ensuring I had more than enough of those perfectly seasoned, crispy potato slices. The Cajun seasoning was spot on. Beyond the food, the dining area was clean, bright, and spacious. The service was efficient, and a special shoutout to Jimmy C. who took my order—great, fast, and friendly service made the visit even better. If you are in the Fontana area and looking for a reliably high-quality burger experience with great service, this Five Guys is the place to go.

Our burgers and fries were so delicious!!! It was a crowded Friday night with allot of people eating inside and outside as well as picking up to go orders. Everything was great and the employees pulled off getting everything out like a well oiled machine. The only negative thing I could say was the music was too loud. There was already so much noise and having the music so loud made it very chaotic feeling. The choice of music was geared more towards a 20-25 year old male, it was like hard speed rock. I feel this music isn't really suited for a place where a variety of people eat but it was really the volume, added to the already extremely busy place, that made you want to hurry and get out. Aside from that, everything was perfect!!

Awsome food portions ,veggie burger was different,but tasty as all heck 🤣hot fresh food served in a timely matter place was clean ,looks like it would be a squirrels paradise with all the peanut 🥜 products when you walk in the door🤣Staff was freindly go check it out 😊
Today at around 4:53:03 pm. We visited Five guys at Submit location. Whoever prepared the fries, they added too much salt to our fries, it was excessive and made them inedible. All three orders had the same issue. I can’t believe they don’t pay attention to the amount of salt being used.

This trip felt a little off. I came for fries and left with a side of resentment.
Even with an online order, the wait dragged on for what seemed to be forver. Yes, the fries were fresh (as always), but the customer service? Not their best day. Something was clearly up. Everyone behind the counter looked a little stressed and not ad friendly.
Also, no crayons or corner spot for my daughter to draw? Tragic.

One of the surprises was that there were peanuts to eat while I waited for my order to go. I was able to get Powerade Zero in at least five different flavors which was fantastic. And I upgraded to the combo so I got the drink I wanted and it came with a small fry and they threw extra fries on top of my burger in the bag so I have to leave the extra fries on my way home. If I'm in the area I will stop back in!
