As a youngster, I grew up eating gorditas as I spent a lot of time in Torreon with family, so when I seen there sign I just had to try them. I tried many different ones, including carne con chile, queso con rajas, chicharon desebrada, frijol con queso, papa roja, and the picadillo, I loved them all! My favorite was the picadillo because it was so perfect that it brought back my childhood memories from Torreon. Great service to top it off. ?
