John is the man. Truly nicest guy ever and he was so flexible with Covid postponing in 2020. Food was great and tasting at their home was awesome.So flexible for dietary restrictions

Greystone was amazing! We went to a lot of weddings in 2022 but none of the food came even close to being as amazing as Greystone. They were so amazing at accommodating myself being a vegetarian while no one else was! They were able to give me my own food while also providing plenty of meat options for the guests. They food was all amazing, everyone cleared their plates and went back for more!

We worked with John at Graystone Catering for an elopement in Joshua Tree, CA in September. He was so easy to communicate with, thorough and provided superior service for our couple at their Airbnb! And of course, the meal was delectable. We're still dreaming of the steak he cooked for us! Highly recommend.

Exceptional Service Hands down everyone was so calm and professional to pull off such a beautiful and flawless wedding !!! From the parking worries to Tammy calming my woes and enjoying a delicious mouthwatering dinner to replenish the soul. This wedding was absolutley delightful and wish I could do it again every weekend. All of my 100 + guests couldn't stop raving about how it's the best wedding they been to and so well organized. John and his wife are a dynamic duo in the kitchen. The food was amazing from the rice pilaf to the hawaiian chicken we chose for our wedding day. Everyone at our wedding raved about the food and how they kept wanting more. John made us feel immediately supported once we met him and was able to adjust to my dietary restrictions. You can feel the genuine kindness and concern to make our day the best within every conversation. I would highly recommend Graystone Catering if you want some delicious food and to meet some great people!

John is the best! My wife and I had Graystone Catering provide the food service at our wedding last month and every single guest was satisfied. They are able to accommodate food allergies and picky eaters :) We had the Tri-Tip and Lemon Chicken, both of which were phenomenal! If you are planning a wedding or family gathering, be sure to contact John and his team, you wont be disappointed.
